That was a hell of a year.
Our team has taken the time to reflect together and while there were many challenges, it was also a great defining time for us as a new company.
We work for entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs are change makers. They are using their time, resources, skills, reputations and grit to create change. MOST of those are trying to create positive change. It may be in their lives, within their community, for their customers, or even in the world. Whether it’s a business, a project, an event or any type of organization.
Entrepreneurship is difficult. It is lonely. There is always risk, there will always be unknowns. This has been true forever. Real change is never easy.
The past year, however, has been a bit much. Some business had huge challenges, others even bigger opportunity in new ways. Regardless, it was up to you entrepreneurs and leaders figure out solutions to unique and never seen before challenges.
Pragmatic Solutions was born just before the beginning of 2020 and we have spent the past holiday season reflecting. Our vision has renewed clarity and is to help independent entrepreneurs thrive. We do not believe that an entrepreneur or organization willing to risk their assets, put their reputation on the line, willing to put in so much extra effort should ALSO have to learn and keep up with all of the details, tools and processes that business operate with today.
There are always going to be problems. There is always going to be new tools. We want to help entrepreneurs and organizations solve those problems and we want to stick around and help you keep them solved. We want to get you out of the weeds, we want you to have balance, we want you to add more value where only you can.
We have learned that all of our clients are unique. We tailor our solutions. We look for win win relationships. We enjoy discovery calls with many and when things fit they fit great. We talk about goals, problems and passion, the details become clear.
