Job Description

Our team is looking for the right person to join our team as we continue developing our new business and generally supporting our clients. The right candidate will enjoy shifting priorities, evolving responsibilities, the pursuit of Smarter over Harder in all matters, and who will enjoy a large variety of tasks ranging from challenging/creative to repetitive/necessary. This is designed to be an entry-level role and is perfect for a recent graduate who is open to learning new skills in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process Documentation – ongoing development of process guide for all recurring tasks.
  • Task Management Support – maintain task lists and updates in our project management system.
  • Data Manipulation – Converting survey responses or email data to pre-built, import ready excel templates.
  • Research – use online resources to gather information for the company/clients and report findings.
  • Web Content and social media maintenance.
  • Presentation, photo, and video editing.
  • Tech Support – a varied and changing list of technical tools for various projects.
  • General analytical tasks.
  • Sales and Marketing support.
  • Clerical tasks.

  • Research skills and ability to present findings concisely.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and project management software (Monday.com, Asana) would be an asset.
  • An interest in technology adoption and patience with new systems would be an asset.

Asset Qualifications

  • Experience working/studying remotely.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and project management software (Monday.com, Asana).
  • Entrepreneurial experience or experience working for a small business.
  • Diverse experience (varied professional experience, interest in continuous personal development, etc.)
